Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither these pages nor a linked third-party tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the FCRA.
How Current Is the Information?
Portals change. Offices revise fees and forms. Library collections move, and coverage dates can become clearer as a digitization project advances. The pages are maintained in good faith, but no particular detail is guaranteed to be correct at the moment it is read. Confirm a record, fee, hour, or eligibility rule with the custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
The explanations are not legal advice. They point to California record sources and describe how a resident roll, deed index, court entry, permit, or directory usually works around Calabasas. A website cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney who knows the facts of a dispute.
Use Records Lawfully
Public access supports transparency and personal research, not harm. Do not use information reached through these pages to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure anyone. Misuse may violate California criminal law, including Penal Code ยง646.9 and related provisions, as well as federal law. It also violates the Terms of Use.
Search Boxes Run Elsewhere
Some lookup boxes are supplied by outside companies. Calabasas Residents Directory does not control their result set, charges, retention, privacy practices, or availability. An outside result is not an official custodian record and is not an FCRA-compliant consumer report.
Links Leave This Service
The pages link to the Los Angeles County Assessor, RR/CC, Elections, Superior Court, California agencies, libraries, archives, and similar sources. Those links are provided for reference. The operator is not responsible for an external site's content, uptime, accuracy, or access rules.
No Government Records Are Hosted Here
These pages do not hold a deed, voter file, court case, vital certificate, permit file, or printed directory volume. They identify the office, collection, or portal that may hold one. Verification, correction, certification, and lawful access must be handled by that custodian directly.
